Structure

The Lutheran Council of Great Britain is a registered charity (No. 232042) and a company limited by guarantee (No. 557552). Members are nominated by the churches that they represent. At present the Council has 22 members representing 10 churches. The Council elects six officers from its membership, who act as the trustees of the charity and the directors of the company. They, and other directors duly appointed, are responsible for managing the affairs of the organisation.

First Vice-Chair: The Very Revd Juris Jurgis (Latvian)
Second Vice-Chair: The Rt Revd Walter Jagucki (Polish & LCiGB)
Secretary: The Revd Lagle Heinla (Estonian)
Assistant Secretary: The Revd Torbjørn Holt (Norwegian)
Treasurer: The Revd Juha Rintamäki (Finnish)
Additional member: The Revd Sigurður Arnarson (Icelandic)

The Council's general secretary and company secretary is the Revd Thomas Bruch.
